Description
ECHOES OF A LOST FRONTIER by Dieter Carlton
a poem for which the artist wrote as follows ...
There was a time so long ago
When nature's face we would not know
When all around the earth so grand
A vast and rugged virgin land
Was but a place of harmony
A place where all would want to be
So then there came a selfish race
And soon the earth would change its face
But not at all to nature's taste
Instead a growing land of waste
In deference to a sordid lot
The once great earth a fleeting thought
So now we listen far and near
For ECHOES OF A LOST FRONTIER
