Though gentle as they usually are
One should not push these creatures far
They wander graceful with their own
All others they would leave alone
But, Oh, their ivory tusks behold
Whose values very much like gold
Would lure the greedy poachers all
Who seek to take all they could haul
To near extinction they were slain
Relentless though they still remain
But timid they are not indeed
For when they're pushed, a mighty breed
Whose strength one cannot overwhelm
