Artist's Description
ONLY WHEN IT RAINS by Dieter Carlton
There are so many things we miss

And rolled-down windows music blast
We'll also miss that squeeky sound
From window washers all around
We'll miss what's washed into the drains
But sadly, ONLY WHEN IT RAINS
