Artist's Description
WHERE THE BUCK STOPS by Dieter Carlton ...
A poem for which the artist wrote as follows

On wooded trails my favorite route
To whistle with the birds above
Their happy calls for courtship love
To hear the whisper of a breeze

The waters of a forest brook
To which I walked to take a look
And through the thickets I could see
A buck, but brief, behind a tree
Then 'cross an open field it hops
And to this brook WHERE THE BUCK STOPS
