Secure the bobbers, bait the hooks
Kick off the shoes and dump the socks
To the creekbed, crawfish and rocks
But chores to do, the wagon\'s come
With flour, suger and sorghum
We stock the store then back to play
And on to home, another day
Its summer now and that\'s the rap
